Ordering Odyssey Professional

HOW TO ORDER

To order Odyssey Professional, fill out the sign-up form with your login and billing information. Select which modules you are interested in purchasing and provide your credit card information in the appropriate fields.

HOW WILL I BE BILLED?

Odyssey Professional is billed either annually or monthly, per user, per module. An additional fee per period, per wearer will be added if the Personnel Dosimetry module is ordered. After your 14 day free trial, the card used during sign up will automatically be billed for the upcoming billing period's fee. No refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel your subscription before your term is up.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE SOFTWARE?

Login to the main login portal using the email and password you used to register. On your landing page a link to the User Guide can help you get started. For security and performance, we recommend accessing the software with an up-to-date, modern browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
